I bought this amazing audio book for my friend Kay for Christmas. The CDs came, still wrapped but with the case damaged. Not a huge problem, Kay started the long process of putting the discs on her iPod yesterday (there are eleven!!)
The fourth disc is missing...arrrggghhh! I hope Play.com accepts an exchange as this was bought a few months back.
