A question for all you cooks out there...

I'm after an egg less sugar glaze. It's for the Hot X buns at work and I can't find any in any of the books we have there. I want an egg less version that will sweeten up the tops of my buns and any other bread in the future!

Basically we really shouldn't be using raw egg on the top of any products (although the heat from the bread will cook the egg, you never know)

Does anyone have any ideas?
